Refund Policy

At Marriage Agency Nataly we are committed to delivering high quality service every day. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in occasional disruptions in service. We will issue a credit or a refund in the following circumstances:

If you are charged for a contact info was invalid or incorrect. Upon verification, we will credit your account the amount charged
If you have credits you purchased within last 30 days that never was used.
If you were incorrectly charged for services not received. In such cases, you must contact Customer Service ([email protected]) within 24 hours of discovery of the erroneous charges.

There are no refunds for any service(chat,video chat credits) that has been partially used.
There are no refunds for an expired/or partially used membership.
There are no refunds for a gift delivery if a local office has processed your order. You must contact Customer Service ([email protected]) within 24 hours of gift purchase..
